Parmesan Breaded Tortellini Bites are golden and crunchy on the outside with a soft, cheesy center. Each bite is full of Italian flavor and totally addictive. They’re perfect for parties, game nights, or quick appetizers, and taste amazing dipped in warm marinara or creamy ranch.

Ingredients

  • 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 no eggs
  • 1 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Chop parsley and set aside.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook tortellini in two batches for about 3 minutes, until they float. Drain and cool slightly.
  • In one shallow bowl, add flour.
  • In the second bowl, whisk eggs.
  • In the third bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  • Roll tortellini in flour, then dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place on baking sheets with a little space between each.
  • Bake for 17–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with marinara.
