Ingredients
19ozfrozen cheese tortellini
1cupflour
3noeggs
1cupplain bread crumbs
1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
2tspItalian seasoning
2tbspfresh parsley
1cupmarinara sauce for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Chop parsley and set aside.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook tortellini in two batches for about 3 minutes, until they float. Drain and cool slightly.
In one shallow bowl, add flour.
In the second bowl, whisk eggs.
In the third bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
Roll tortellini in flour, then dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Place on baking sheets with a little space between each.
Bake for 17–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
