These Sheet Pan Smoked Sausage Cranberry Bites are a quick and festive appetizer. They need very little prep. The salty sausage, sharp cheese, and tart cranberry make one simple bite. Since everything warms on a sheet pan, cleanup stays easy and the recipe comes together fast. They’re great for holiday parties and fun book club parties.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz beef smoked sausage
  • 8 oz white cheddar cheese block
  • 15 oz can whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut the cheese into 30 pieces .
  • Slice the sausage into 30 pieces.
  • Arrange the sausage on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Finely chop the parsley and set aside.
  • Top each sausage slice with a piece of cheese, a whole cranberry, and a little cranberry sauce.
  • Secure with a toothpick.
  • Sprinkle parsley over the bites.
