12ozbeef smoked sausage
8 ozwhite cheddar cheese block
15ozcan whole cranberry sauce
2tbspchopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the cheese into 30 pieces .
Slice the sausage into 30 pieces.
Arrange the sausage on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the parsley and set aside.
Top each sausage slice with a piece of cheese, a whole cranberry, and a little cranberry sauce.
