Book Lovers by Emily Henry
Narrator: Julia Whelan
Why You Should Listen: I loved this book. Julia Whelan’s narration is amazing. She makes the story come alive. We follow Nora Stephens, a tough literary agent, who goes on a small-town adventure with her sister. It’s funny, sweet, and full of surprises. Julia Whelan’s voice is perfect for the characters. If you like romantic comedies with smart dialogue, you’ll really love this audiobook.
The Teacher by Freida McFadden
Narrators: Leslie Howard, Danny Montooth
Why You Should Listen: The Teacher is a gripping thriller that kept me hooked. Leslie Howard and Danny Montooth do a fantastic job narrating. The story is about Eve, a teacher with a seemingly perfect life, and Addie, a student with dark secrets. The twists and turns are exciting and unexpected. The narrators’ voices add so much tension and emotion. If you like suspenseful stories with lots of mystery, this is a great audiobook to listen to.
A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara
Narrator: Oliver Wyman
Why You Should Listen: A Little Life is a deep and moving story. Oliver Wyman’s narration is powerful. He captures the pain and hope of the characters so well. The book is about four friends in New York and focuses on Jude, who has a traumatic past. It’s emotional and intense. Wyman’s voice makes you feel everything the characters are going through. And it’s the saddest book I’ve ever read, and probably the saddest I ever will. When I think of sad books, I just want to remember Jude and his story.
Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir
Narrator: Ray Porter
Why You Should Listen: Project Hail Mar” by Andy Weir is an exciting sci-fi adventure. Ray Porter’s narration is fantastic. He brings humor and suspense to the story of Ryland Grace, a lone astronaut on a mission to save Earth. The science is cool and the plot is thrilling. Porter’s voice makes the story even more engaging. If you love science fiction with a lot of action, you’ll love this audiobook.
