Halloween movies that aren’t too scary are my favorite! I just finished watching Hocus Pocus and Hocus Pocus 2, and I absolutely loved them. They were hilarious and goofy, and I think everyone should watch them. Apparently, a third movie is in the works too, so I’m really excited for that. But for now, I’ve got a whole list of others to watch. Have you seen any of them?

Honestly, I’m not big on scary movies. I’ve watched The Conjuring, and that’s pretty much it.I don’t think I could handle anything creepier. But, if you’re into really creepy and disturbing stuff, I’ve got a few suggestions for you. Oh, wait, I did see A Quiet Place 1 and 2, but those weren’t too bad. Not that scary, really.

Moody / Atmospheric Fall Drama
There are times when I really want a movie that makes me think. It may or may not be cozy, but these aren’t my usual go-to choices. I save them for days when I’m ready to get fully wrapped up in a deep story and complex characters. I’d been hearing about Dead Poets Society forever, and I finally watched it last week—I absolutely loved it! The story, the setting… it’s one of those movies you can watch over and over. You’ll find similar films on this list. I also think a good thriller, like Gone Girl, fits in this category. So, let me know which other movies you’d add here.
